Kinderkraft had become one of Europe's leading baby gear manufacturers and was committing millions of dollars to U.S. inventory — but needed a single partner to build and run its American eCommerce business.
The challenge
Entering the U.S. meant standing up an entire commerce operation at once — marketplaces, direct-to-consumer, fulfillment, retention, and paid media — with real inventory already on the water and no U.S. team in place.

MarketplaceMax became Kinderkraft's outsourced U.S. commerce team, owning the go-to-market end to end rather than delivering isolated services.
Execution
We led marketplace expansion across Amazon and Walmart, implemented Shopify, selected and onboarded the fulfillment partner, built the returns process, stood up email marketing and paid media, and developed the retailer-expansion roadmap — assembling the technology stack from the ground up.
