Printemps, the iconic French luxury retailer, chose Shopify Plus as the commerce platform for its first U.S. flagship at One Wall Street in New York.
The challenge
The opening required unifying a large set of enterprise systems — point of sale, payments, inventory, tax, RFID, and fulfillment — into a single, seamless omnichannel experience worthy of a luxury flagship, with an immovable launch date.
Strategy
As Senior eCommerce Consultant, I led critical portions of the Shopify Plus implementation, working directly alongside executive leadership and multiple technology partners to align architecture, sequencing, and launch readiness.
Execution
Delivery spanned POS, payments, inventory synchronization, Avalara tax automation, RFID workflows, gift cards, fulfillment, and customer journeys — integrated into a coherent operational model and validated against a hard opening deadline.
